Payments

What is the Payments page for?

The Payments page is strictly for standard payments to the MTTS Trust (for example, fees related to certificates or programmes) — it is not for donations. Payments are accepted only through Internet Banking transactions to the account listed on the page. UPI is not accepted for payments.

How do I submit a payment receipt request?

First transfer the amount via Internet Banking to the MTTS Trust account shown on the Payments page. Then click "Proceed to Payment Details Submission Form" and fill in your contact details, bank account owner details, transaction details (amount, date, transaction ID, mode) and upload a screenshot of the transaction, along with the purpose of the payment.

What happens after I submit my request?

Your request moves through the following stages:

Draft Submitted Verified Approved Receipt enabled

A Trust admin verifies and approves the request; once approved, the receipt becomes available for download.

My request was rejected — what do I do?

Open your request from Payments > Manage receipt requests to see the rejection reason. You can correct the details and resubmit.

Where can I track my requests and download receipts?

Go to Payments > Manage receipt requests to see the status of all your submissions. Once a request reaches the "Receipt enabled" stage, a download option becomes available on its details page.

Donations

Who can donate to the MTTS Trust?

As per Government of India regulations, donations can be accepted only from Indian citizens. Anonymous donations cannot be accepted — we need minimal details (name, contact address, donation amount and mode of transfer) to acknowledge your support and comply with statutory requirements.

What modes of payment are accepted for donations?

You can donate via Internet Banking, UPI, or a crossed Cheque/Demand Draft (DD). Account and UPI details are listed on the Donations page.

Is my donation eligible for tax deduction?

Contributions to the MTTS Trust are eligible for a 100% tax deduction under Section 80G(5)(vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, provided you file your income tax returns under the old tax regime. PAN is mandatory to claim the deduction — if you do not have a PAN, you may leave that field blank in the form, but you will not be able to claim the deduction.

How do I submit a donation receipt request?

After making your donation using any of the accepted modes, click "Donation details submission form" on the Donations page and fill in your contact details, transaction details, purpose of donation, and (optionally) PAN and statistical details. You may also choose whether to allow your name to be listed publicly among donors.

How do I track my donation request or get my receipt?

Go to Donations > My Donations to see all your submissions and their status (draft, submitted, verified, approved, or rejected). A rejected request shows the reason and can be corrected and resubmitted. Once approved, the official acknowledgement receipt becomes available for download.

Institutes

Why do I need to add an institute?

Only institute details already present in the database can be used while submitting applications or proposals to the MTTS Trust. If your institute is not yet listed, you will need to add it before you can proceed with such submissions.

How do I add a new institute?

Go to Institutes > List of institutes and use the option to add a new institute. Fill in the general details (name, management type, university affiliation), location details (address, district, state, PIN code), and any additional information, then save the record.

What happens after I add an institute?

An institute record moves through the following stages:

Draft Pending verification Verified Approved

A new record starts as a draft that only you can see and edit. Once submitted, a Trust admin verifies and approves it. If it is rejected instead, the rejection reason is shown on the record and you can correct and resubmit it.

Can I edit an institute record after saving it?

You can edit an institute record you own from its details page, subject to its current status. If you need to correct a record that has already been submitted, verified, or approved, use the Edit option if available on the record's page, or contact a Trust admin for assistance.
