Eligibility: Only faculty members working at present in academic institutes are eligible to apply on behalf of that institute for the financial support.
What is MTTS Overture?
MTTS Overture consists of two-day workshops, introduced in 2023, that extend the reach of MTTS-style training to more institutions across the country. Each camp is designed for about 50 undergraduate college students and exposes them to MTTS teaching methodologies and self-learning resources through focused instruction in mathematics. Two short courses are offered per camp, drawn from subjects such as Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, and Foundations.
Who can host it?
Colleges in geographically disadvantaged locations are given priority. The host institute is expected to arrange food and refreshments for participants, and may charge a nominal fee to participants if needed to cover such local expenses.
What does the Trust support financially?
The MTTS Trust covers all costs for the resource persons (experienced MTTS faculty) who conduct the camp, so hosting an Overture programme places minimal financial burden on the college. This online form is how you request that support and submit your proposal.
Timeline
Overture camps are held between October and February each financial year, and proposals to host one should be submitted by May. A faculty member of the department, with the institution's approval, may submit the proposal.

How to Apply
- For submitting applications to academic programmes, or for availing financial support, it is necessary for your institute to be in the institute database. Check if it's already added. If it's not there, please add it yourself. If it's already there but has mistakes, please raise a complaint to ask us to fix it.

- Save to reach the Final Preview, which shows exactly how your submitted request (and its PDF) will look.
- Declare & Submit - after you confirm, your request is submitted and a PDF is generated automatically.
- Track your status anytime from "My Overture Requests" - it's reviewed and verified, then approved, by the Trust's programme team.
- Once approved, you'll be asked to upload a signed scanned copy of the generated PDF.
