Every application - programmes, payments, donations, Overture and InitMath/MTTS/PTMT financial support, alumni participations - moves through a visible Draft → Submitted → Verified → Approved pipeline, so staff always know exactly where a request stands.
Preview Before Submit
Applicants see a full preview of their generated PDF before final submission, so what they confirm is exactly what gets recorded and printed.
Correction Window
Applicants can fix genuine mistakes on a submitted application without restarting the process, with every correction logged alongside the original for full transparency.
Resend Recommendation Requests
If a recommending teacher hasn't responded, applicants can resend the request email directly from their application page instead of waiting on staff to intervene.
Complaint Ticketing System
Users raise issues by component and category - delays, PDF problems, upload failures - with tickets routed to the right reviewers and tracked to resolution.
Weekly Digest Reports
Consolidated weekly emails summarize new Overture financial support submissions and every still-open complaint ticket for reviewers, so nothing has to be checked manually every day.
Instant Submission Notifications
Applicants get an email and in-portal Inbox notification with their generated PDF attached the moment they submit - no separate download step required.
Cloudflare Spam Prevention
Registration and password-recovery pages are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile - a modern, privacy-respecting bot shield - backed by rate-limiting to stop abuse even if a bot slips through.
Full Audit Trail
All approvals, edits, and status changes are recorded, giving reviewers a complete, tamper-evident history of every request.
Role-Based Permissions
Staff only see and act on what's relevant to their responsibilities, keeping sensitive data appropriately scoped across every module.
Alumni Directory
Alumni register and record any number of past InitMath, MTTS, OFCM, or Overture participations, each independently verified and approved, with approved records shown in a public directory visible to guests too.
Bulk Data Tools
Trust admins can export the institute directory to Excel and bulk-update or add institutes by re-importing an edited spreadsheet, processed in the background so large batches don't block the page.
